I cannot receive emails from the JotForm Submit.

    I have set up a quote form and I cannot receive submissions for your service. No spam filters are in place and everything going to "quotes@myvipinsurance.com" has been whitelisted. Please advise.

    The email address that you have provide is in our bounce list upon checking and I have remove it for you. It should be fixed now. To avoid this from happening again, please apply the solution on this aticle to prevent emails not being received.

    Result: quotes@myvipinsurance.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1  recipi=ent rejected'

    I checked the email address that you set in your email notification address field and were listed in our bouce listing with the following reason.

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1 recipi= ent rejected

    I have removed the email address from our bounce listing and and you should be able to receive your form notification email.

    To prevent this from happening again, I highly suggest that you Whitelist Jotmail IP addresses.  Click here to view the detail instruction on how to Whitelist Jotmail IP addresses

    I would also recommend setting your Sender Email Address to noreply@jotform.com
