Thank you for your interest in our service.

How do I edit the font size and type in the header?

To change the font size you can click on the heading field, and then use the 'Heading Size' option.

Font type can be changed for the whole form. Click on the 'Form Style' tab and use the 'Font' option.

Custom styling can be achieved by using custom CSS codes.

How to I delete the "Option 1" text next to the check boxes?

If you delete the 'Option 1' value you will not get any results for this field upon submission. In other words, that field will have a blank value on the submissions page (it will be not clear if user clicked on the check box or not).

For example, you can rename the 'Option 1' to 'Yes'.

How do I add general text to the form that does not need to be attached to a field?

You can use a Free Text (HTML) field for this.

The answer above (dated March 2013) shows "Free Text (HTML)" under the heading "Power Tools" in the left sidebar.

Today is 25th February 2015, and I cannot see either "Power Tools" or "Free Text (HTML)" in Jotform.

    Have they been removed?

Or have they been renamed, in which case what to, so I can find them!

    Hi,

The "Free Text" tool has been renamed to "Text" and is now under the "Form Tools" section.

The functionality is still the same as it was when this thread was created so the process described should still be the same.
