Why can't I log in?

    Hi Jotform,

    I signed up earlier today to create some forms. However, halfway through, my form was suddenly disabled and I was unable to sign in.

    Can you help me? And is my progress saved?

    Hey, Isabelle.

    We see that you've been autosuspended by our system because of a form that's suspected for phishing. Here's the part which your form violates, copied directly from our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Including sensitive information in your form such as login details will cause the system to suspend your account. We can review your form and delete the guilty fields that caused the suspension, and re-activate your account. However, we need your approval for this action. Your progress is saved, waiting for you to edit.
