How I can get the previous forms sent how they were?

Hello, 

I have been sending the same form but only needing to adjust the client contact details each time and some of their session info, I didn't realise that if I change the submission form instead of creating a new form each time I send it, it will change the previous forms I've sent with the different info on. Is there anyway I can get the previous forms sent how they were and not have it changed to the most recent submission? It's important I need to see what they have individually signed in case I need to refer back to it?
