Hi JotForm Team,
I recently created and tested a form with the Manual ACH payment widget. I received a verification email for the microdeposits but when I click the link it brings me back to the form, not to a verification page and the link to the user guide is not attached. Can you please help?

On a hunch I flipped it to single page layout and the verification fields do show up now, however when I enter the values and submit it gives me an error code:

This error could be because you may have entered wrong deposits, due to which this error message is displayed.
Please check if you have followed the steps explained in this guide: How-to-integrate-Stripe-ACH-Manual-with-your-form.

Hi Gerardw,
Thanks for your reply! I am entering the correct amounts, even tried entering them in the opposite order, but what it looks like is happening is when I hit "verify" it removes the decimal and 0s and changes the cents to dollars.

I would request you to try removing the current payment field and reintegrating the Stripe ACH Manual payment into the form. While doing so, please do follow the steps outlined in the guide provided in the earlier response.
Please review and let us know if you are receiving the same error even after reintegrating the payment field into the form.
