My original form can be filled relatively simply and seems to 'submit' absolutely fine (Picture 1), when viewing the overview of the submission in jotform this also fine (Picture 2), however when then clicking the option to view as PDF questions/answers jumble up (Picture 3) and then when downloading the PDF some of the questions/answer dissapear completely/numbers of the questions change (Picture 4). Please help :)

Please go to this link https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-editor/83313097614355?submission=4411516263417495079 and try creating a new PDF document. That should reset and include all the missing / jumbled fields.
