Down grade / refund

    I am wondering if its possible to request a refund and downgrade to a free account. I do not use this service to warrant me spending $39.00 per month. I may upgrade at a later date. I was charged today, and every month I forget to downgrade before the time for renewal. Please help.

    As per your request, we have cancelled your Silver subscription(I-63Y21VLL9RVE ), and refunded the last payment. Your account is back to free plan.

    Please make sure that your subscription is correctly cancelled to avoid renewals, so you would need to log in to your PayPal account to check that. Let us know if you need more help.
