Accessing our JotForm account

    Hello 


    We use JotForm on our website www.people-first.com.


    The member of the team who set this up has now left the company and we are unable to access our account as we do not have the login details.


    Is there any way we can reset the login details so we can gain access, please? 


    If you could let me know how best to resolve this that would be great.

    I have checked the form on the website you linked and it is under an account that has a paid subscription. And the account is associated with, I believe, a personal email address — a***d***y*f@*ma**.com

    I would like to apologize, I'm afraid that the only way to access the account is to contact its owner or the one who established it. If you have access to the email address associated with the account, perhaps you can perform password reset using the email address and request for a password reset instructions. How-to-reset-the-password
