Hi there,
We are looking to build out a forum on our website in order to better catalog new business inquires. Our main concern is that once we pivot to a form builder, all emails we receive will come from the same email address, namely something@jotform.com.
We essentially want to be able to have emails that go through the forum arrives from the email sender themself, so that when we do a search in our inbox, we pull up a specific chain, as opposed to pulling up a bunch of jotform email chains. Does this question make sense?
Let me know! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Rod

My understanding is that you want to use your SMTP server as the Sender Email so that the email alerts will not come from noreply@jotform.com. If yes, then please use this guide to set up an SMTP as your Sender Email: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
If you're planning to set the email field as the Sender Email, then you can use Mandrill or Mailjet. Please check this guide: How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address.
