Submission seems to hang and will not submit

    Our Presentation of the Gifts form seems to hang whenever someone makes a proper selection and then hits submit. The Submit button changes to Please Wait and then it seems to hang up.  This has worked properly in the past, so we have no idea why it is hanging up now.

    Hi @dcnchet!

    I was able to replicate the issue on your form - after making a selection in one of the Appointment Slots widgets and clicking Submit the button changes to Please wait... for an indefinite amount of time. It appears that the problem is caused by the Appointment Slots widgets. I have made a clone of your form and was able to successfully submit the form. Please make a clone of your form and see if the clone will not present any problems: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account.

    If the issue persists, please go to Widget Settings (the gray Wand icon) for each widget, make a small change in the Appointment times field, then change it back to original and click on the green Update Widget button at the bottom. Please let us know if the issue persists and we will work on the solution.
