Form Over Quota

Our forms say FORM OVER QUOTA on the website, so I upgraded to the next level plan. When will they start to work again. They have not changed back yet?

Please accept our apologies regarding the issue you had with your forms.

Your account stayed in an over-limit status and in order for us to resolve the issue, we needed to recalculate the Upload Storage Limit for your account first.

Your forms have now been reactivated and I was also able to confirm that when I revisited the website you linked in your post.
