JotForm App: Kiosk mode offline throwing error on form refresh

    I have a form built and everything is looking and working fine... except for when I switch my device to offline... deactivating wifi and cellular data

     

    the form still works and collects data just fine in the app, however upon submitting a form, when the form refreshes I get an error message... If I completely close out the app and start it up again I can launch the form in kiosk mode again just fine.... is there a workaround?

    Could you please check if that form is set to work in offline mode? Example:

    1) Tap on the gear icon:

    2) Then on "Offline Forms":

    3) Finally, make sure to check the form that should work in offline mode:

    yes... it's checked, has been.. and it works... the app collects submissions offline and syncs to my account when it's back online just fine... however when in kiosk mode offline it will not refresh the form without completely restarting the app.

    apparently isn't throwing errors everytime... just refreshed fine a couple times now.

    I have tried the offline mode in Kiosk mode, and it let me refresh the form without issues. I am using and an Android phone. Could you let us know which mobile device you are using?

    got errors on both iphone 7 plus (ios 12.4) and ipad air 2 (ios 12.3.1)... have since had positive refreshing... guess we'll move forward with fingers crossed. thanks.
