Card Form: Form redirects to blank page and submission is not recorded.

    Hi there. 

    I have a few things that dont seem to be working

    1. When the form is submitted my thank you page isn't showing

    2. Im not getting email notifications when a form is submitted

    I was able to replicate the issue, this will be reported to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    Thank you.  

    The submissions are going through, it seem no notifications are coming through when the form is submitted. 

    Im not getting the emails, auto responder or any notifications in the main dashboard unless I click on Inbox

    on the mobile app while using it in kisok mode, the agreement and signature widgets dont display
