Urgent- Jotform connected to our domain is on and off.

we have two domains califiait.com and califiasamples.com which is loading two forms, since yesterday they are on and off, some times they work and most of the time they don't. please help. 

I have tried accessing the websites you provided but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I haven't experienced any issues like the one you reported.

It might be a network/browser-related issue. Have you tried using a different browser or accessing the website on a different network?

Please let us know once the form is not loading again so we could also check on our end.
