Stand alone form?

Can I create a form that I can e-mail to someone and they are able to fill it in and send it back to me?

If I understood you correctly, you want for the form you created to be sent back to you filled out by the submitter? 

The way it works is if you create a form anyone who submits your form will get a copy of the filled out form and you will be getting a notification email and you will be able to see the submission via your JotForm account.

If you did not want for the submitter to get a copy you can disable the feature and only you will get a notification email and submission data.
