I can not login any more. Already tried different Browsers, emptied the Cache, restarted the computer - no change. Other applications (like Mailchimp) work without problems.
My login data are not accepted, a pup-up message says, that my login data do not match.
I also tried to get me a new password (although I have no reason for this, since I did not change the password), but when pressing the button on the newly opened window it just does not accept my click. No reaction. I get no email for resetting the password.
Please help.

Hello Markus - I checked the email you used to post a thread/ticket here, but I can't find any Jotform account associated with it. Can you please let us know the account username so we can check it?
You can also provide us with a form URL if you do not know the username for your account.
