Why are not all the form fields automatically in the notification e-mail? Only about half the form items are in the notofication mail. This has happened on all of my long forms.
Please explain how to include all the form fields in the notification mail as to set this up is very tedious.
PLease see the attached screen shot of the notification mail for the Form "Reservations".

I have checked your notification email settings and I agree that you are missing some fields in the contents. This happens when the user edited his notification email settings prior to completion of the form.
When the user have edited the content of his notification email, this will no longer automatically add the rest of the fields he have recently added and the user has to manually add the rest of the fields.
The quick solution to add all fields by default is to create a new notification email again then delete the old one. This will automatically add the fields which exists in your form.
