How can I get my encrypted information on my forms. I can get the actually key to open up so I can read the key?

Am I missing something. Please contact me right away I have a possible client needing to make a payment on her cruise and I need to get this done. :(

I'm glad I'm not paying for this yet and it's free... I would hate to have paid for this and then had these types of issues. :(

This file (jotform.key) needs to be uploaded to the encryption wizard that will pop-up when you opened the Submissions page or the email notification of the encrypted form.

    Here's an example (email):

A similar pop-up will appear if you go to the Submissions page. Here's a guide on How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

If you really need to open the (jotform.key) file, then you need to open it in a text editor like Notepad or similar.
