Why is my account saying it's maxed out?

    I checked your account and you have reached the submission storage limit of 500 for the free user. You need to upgrade your account to any subscription plan if you want to receive unlimited storage limit. Here's a guide: 


    You can also delete the submission data to clear your submission storage by following this guide: 


    Keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable. So, I suggest downloading everything before deleting it by following this guide:

    Thank you! I was wondering how this was possible because I deleted outdated forms that took me well under the 500 storage limit. After looking into it, they were not purged. Much appreciation. I’ll be back as a paying customer soon!
