Unable to connect to the Stripe account

    I have a stripe account with two profiles.  I cannot work out how to specify which profile to connect to in the Jotform integration....Help please

    I think you can try connecting Stripe account using incognito/private window of your browser. This should allow you to do a fresh login to Stripe account you need.

    Thanks for the advice, however it made no difference. I am not given an
    option to select which of my Stripe profiles (and therefore bank accounts)
    within my stripe account to choose.

    You can check this GIF representation to connect to the Stripe account:

    Additionally, I have checked your Form, I noticed that the Stripe payment is already connected to your account.

    Let us know if you are referring to any other Form we will take another look at this.

    I am not sure you have understood.
    Within my Stripe account I have two different bank accounts connected. When
    I connect this form to my Stripe account I am unable to choose which bank
    account I want the payments for this form to go into. I am not having
    trouble connecting to Stripe, but in selecting which of my bank accounts
    associated with my Stripe account this form is connected to.

    Hi!

    My apologies, but this seems to be something to set up within Stripe account. I think you should select a default account. Can you please also check with Stripe support team to see if they can share some more information on that?
