Getting Error 404 when trying to load the form

    these error 404 keep popping up when try load form. Is there away around it.

    I have checked the account that is associated with the email address you used in opening this post and I see 2 forms.

    I checked both forms and I did not encounter the issue you have described.

    Perhaps the issue was just temporary and it was already fixed? Or, are you referring to another form in another account? 

    If, in any case, you are still having the same issue, please reply to this thread with more details that will also help us in determining the issue you are having.

    Could you please share the link of the form that you are trying to load and shows that error? Perhaps the form was deleted already. Please check your trash folder: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

    So I am using the model app and I am assignee and when I select the form I wish to use then select “view submission”, than when I select the form i wish to completely. I then select “complete your submission” and that when he error 404 accord after it try to load form.
