Issue Opening Image from Email

    Hello, 

    When we receive an appointment submission and there is a link to the photo, the link is broken and we cannot see image. (see attachment). I know we can login to jotform.com and see images but how can we see the photo directly from the email sent to us?

    It has to do with your account security and privacy settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    You need to uncheck the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files" so the link in the emails will work.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.
