Questions about how to integrate things for favorable user interface and reports

I'm looking to set up a system for a dance studio that integrates existing client database with instructor calendars, student class package usage, front desk check in, etc.

I'm a bit confused about how this site works. I did read the FAQs but didn't find anything that really answers my questions.

Is there an online demo available I can view?

Is there possibility of speaking to a human directly to discuss the features of jotform.com ?

I guess you are looking to import existing data from your own database to Jotform. If it's yes, then you can use our Import App to import your data to Jotform. First, you will need to design the form that way you want to store that data. It can then be imported to Jorform through excel or CSV form.

You can provide us more details on the type of data you want to use, we can assist you in creating your form. 

Is there an online demo available I can view?

There are user guides available on how to make use of various functionality. This should be enough to get you the understanding of the specific feature. Our support is available to assist through forum 24x7.

The personalized demonstration is only available with our JotForm enterprise plan.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support available except for the enterprise users. However, we have very responsive forum support that can help you you achieve even the most complex requirements. We also have chat support available when our forum is manageable.
