Can you please let us know what is the link/file that causes this problem? I see your account is set up to require login to view files. Please make sure that you are logged in to JotForm and check if you can access files. Here is the link for you to check account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Also, you can uncheck that setting to review files without logging in to your account.
