I have need to accomplish the following:

The form below has 6 images in it.

When someone clicks on a particular radio button, I want a specific image copied to another field that will show up as an image in the responder email sent to me.

So, the email (in addition to having text information) will have a photo (not a link to a photo) appear.

    How would I accomplish this?

    Thanks.

To show the image in the Notification emails, you may check this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/405-How-to-display-uploaded-image-in-the-form-emails

In order to display uploaded images directly in your email, you should add IMG: prefix into your upload field tag {IMG:uploadImage} in the email.

    Hope this helps!
