How many unique user logins can we have for various plans from Bronze to Silver to Gold ?

For user, we want them to be able to create some forms, other users only allowed to enter forms, not modify the format, change or delete any datas ...

Any promo codes you can give us  as we are consider other product too.

There will only one username and password for a single account. It is not possible to create multiple logins.

You can take advantage of sub-user account feature which is only available for JotForm Enterprise if you wish to let others modify your forms.

If you wish don't wish to upgrade your account to Enterprise level, you may try using the form collaborations.
