Is there any way to pull in values on a field (i.e dropdown, radio, etc.) from an external database or cloud-based data like google sheets?

Sorry, but currently it is not possible to prepopulate the form fields from an external database. Also, you can't dynamically change the options within a dropdown field from an external Google Spreadsheet. The closest widget we have that does something similar is the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
