I upgraded account but cannot access upgraded account features

    Hi there

    I upgraded, the charged went through on my account, but I cant access any of the upgraded accounts features.

    We apologize for this inconvenience. I checked your account and it seems that the account is not yet upgraded and is still on the Free plan. Kindly let us know the info below so that we could check:

    1. How did you make the payment - credit card / PayPal / wire transfer

    2. Which plan did you pay for? Bronze / Silver / Gold

    3. Could you provide us any transaction reference number for the amount charged?
