I've created a quiz and I would like for the user to receive their result based on their answers. We have a pre-defined answer and would like to program the system to send the result, how is it this possible?

Hello,
Have you already check our Quiz Form App? Please give the app a try first. If you do not like it, we can have you a workaround such as using the calculation values in the fields and calculation widget to get the result.

Yes i have but it doesn't seem to do what I am trying to achieve. I give an example.
I've created this quiz call
" What business professional are you?"
The user would fill the spaces based on their interest and when they submit. They get an email but an answer saying " You are the X"
Is this possible?

Please note that quiz form can only display correct / incorrect answers.
If you want to send email with different text value based on the user's input, you can add conditions to achieve your requirement. You can add multiple auto-responder email alert template and trigger the appropriate email alert based on the user's answer. The following guide should help you how to send conditional emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
Hope this helps.
