Autoresponder Email: How to attach a PDF report and add an edit submission link

    I've set up my jotform as outlined by your very helpful tech team. Unfortunately, I'm still having issues. 

    1) our billboard team is receiving the autoresponder email, however, they are not receiving the .pdf attachment

    2) our billboard team is not getting the "edit response" link at the bottom of the email. Everyone else that is cc'd in the autoresponse is. 

    What am I doing incorrectly and how can I fix it?

    I inspected your "For Billboard" Autoresponder Email and PDF Attachment option is set to NO. If you want to attach a PDF report to the mentioned Autoresponder Email you need to set PDF Attachment option to YES.


    To allow your billboard team to edit submissions, you need to add an edit submission link to the body of the Autoresponder Email. You can find here how to do it:
