Why do we get the message "Only one contribution is allowed"?

    When we want to try out our form, we can't do so. We have managed to send in 1 test form, but we need to make sure that the thank you page is working. The only to do that is to complete the form, which we are unable to do right now. What are we doing wrong?

    I checked your form and I can see that the Unique Submission is set to "Check cookies and IP". Please take note that This option prevents multiple submissions from the same browser and IP address. It means that the user cannot submit another form submission if he already submitted once using the same browser or same IP.

    You can turn it off it by setting it to "No Check". Here's a guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
