Automatic Paypal payments have been suspended

    Apparently our August payment from Paypal did not go through. I've added a backup account to the recurring payment setup on Paypal. Would it be possible for you to resubmit the August invoice for payment?

    If I understood correctly, the issue is related to your Jotform subscription. I saw that your account was downgraded to a Free plan today because we were unable to collect the payment for your subscription.

    To resolve the issue, simply re-upgrade your account.
