We received notice that our Bronze monthly subscription needs to be upgraded

    Good afternoon, we received notice that our Bronze monthly subscription needs to be upgraded.  We have been billed monthly to our credit card - not annually.  Do you have documentation of what we have and how it is being exceeded?

    Your upload space has reached its 10GB limit. Please note that bronze plan can only store up to 10GB files in all of your forms. Currently, the upload space in your account is 11.26GB/10.00GB.

    Please be aware that this limit does not reset, this is fixed. You need to delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear your storage space. Here's how: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
