I need to create 10,000 or more different conditionals in a single form. Is this possible?

The Form is for a School and each student is different. They are 10,000 students or more.

So far there are no determined limits yet of how many conditions you can add to the form. It appears to be unlimited as of this time.

But do take note that the more Conditions scripts you have on your form, it can also affect the loading performance of your form at some point.

Because it is an online form and requires internet to be connected to JotForm server, if you have too many conditions scripts, the form will be actively connecting to the JotForm server to execute the scripts functions.

Also having too many unnecessary conditions in your form design will make it difficult managing the form in the long run also.

Can you tell us more details about your requirements that you are looking for on your form? There might be something else that might meet your requirements without having so many conditions.
