How can I get the form to submit?

    Here at Go Solar Group our appointment setters use JotForm when they book an appointment for our sales people.

    I have one person who cannot submit his forms. He has tired a few different things to get it to work on his phone to no avail. The oddity is that it is only his phone having the issue. 

    Any suggestions?

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Could you please advise on which phone your customer experienced that and which browser?

    Or was it our JotForm app?

    Please advise so we can test further.

    He uses chrome on an android phone.

    I tested this issue on Android phone in Chrome, but I wasn't able to replicate:

    Forms should work on phones exactly the same as on laptops/desktops. If the issue persists, please ask the user to try submitting from another browser on his phone.

    He tired using a different browser and is still not able to submit

    Hi Tamara,

    I also tried making a test submission using an iPhone, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to preview and submit the form.

    It would be helpful if you could provide us the steps taken by the user so we could replicate it on our end. A screenshot of the error, if any, can also help us identify the issue. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
