I have a form that has an issue with a Long Text Entry (textarea) field. When a user types an apostrophe or single quote into the textarea field, it is replaced with the xml encoding '. The email notifications also contain the xml encoding in place of the apostrophe. This will cause confusion for our users.

Is there a way to escape this so that it shows the actual punctuation that was used by the person filling the form?

I have been testing your form and it seems to be working as expected, I have also cloned it to my account and upon performing some tests I'm unable to replicate the issue on my end, here are some screenshots about my test:
The apostrophe shows fine upon editing the submission too. May you please kindly confirm the form works as expected now on your end too?
If the problem persists, please let us know which browser and device you're using to test your form, we will perform some tests on a similar environment so we can replicate the issue.
