Urgent issue with my form, a required question disappeared.

    Good Afternoon,

    I have created an invitation for our company’s sporting clays championship venue in hopes to make it easier on our clients to register. I have been using google for many years, but wanted to this year give you guys a try.

    Unfortunately, when I sent out my form is not showing one of the required questions. The required question miraculously disappeared form. The question asked whether our guests have a gun to share amongst their team. This we need to find out, so that we have an idea of how many shotguns the facility (coyote valley sporting clays) needs to provide for this event.

    Now all my 150+ guests – with who I shared the form’s QR code- are confused! When they fill out the whole form (without seeing this question of course), then click submit to be told that they need to respond to a question that is not showing on the form.

    This looks really bad in your favor and I if the issue does not get resolved promptly (within 24 hrs), I’m afraid I’ll resort to my trusted google form again.

    Fields are not deleted automatically. There are many logs in the revision history, probably it was accidentally removed: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

    Considering that you have not received any submissions yet on that form, you may simply create the field again, you can add it from the "Add Form Elements" pallet: https://www.jotform.com/help/46-Quick-Overview-of-Form-Fields

    Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, I had to go back to previous version where the hang up occurred and redo all the additions since Thursday in order for the form to properly work.
    It’s now working, so hopefully there will be no more hiccups.
