I need to fill up two different PDF forms from the same fields. How is this accomplished?
Basically, I need to have an employee fill up our internal agreement and then also transfer some information to his W9.

That's possible. You can create 2 different PDF documents out of a form. Here's how:
1. First, you will have to create a form in the form builder.
2. Create 2 PDF documents in the PDF editor then you can use the same fields and its data collected by the web form.
