Charges made without knowing I had an account

I am not sure how an account was created and how charges started, but I just realized I have been charged $39 each month for the last 3 months (maybe longer) without knowing anything about this company. I don’t know what email/password is used for an account in my name or my husbands, but I want to cancel anything through you that needs to have a monthly fee. Can you give me more information on when this account started and how I can cancel it all ASAP. Thank you.
