My clients are getting blank PDF when they sign up on our form

    Hi Jotform,

    We've had several clients tell us that they are getting blank PDFs when they sign up on our form. We've never had this problem before and I'm not sure what to do to rectify the situation.

    I checked the form and I think you're sharing the PDF Form and not the PDF Document.

    Please make sure that you select the New Document 1 in the Autoresponder email advanced settings to send the PDF Document.

    Thank you so much for your help.
    That seemed to work, but when I tested it, I got both the PDF document with
    my registration information and the blank PDF form.
    Is there something else I need to do to make sure clients don't get 2 PDFs?

    I can see that you have enabled the "New Document" in the PDF attachment option. You have tested the email and not tested an actual submission. Note that when you test the email, since you have both the online and PDF form enabled in your account, you will receive both.

    Please try to do a test submission of your form as a user and see if you are receiving both the documents in the email.

    Hi Jotform,
    Users are still receiving 2 forms - a blank PDF form and a filled out PDF
    attachment showing their registration. Both are coming through as
    attachments.
    Please advise how I can fix this.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate the mentioned issue. However, I cannot replicate in on my cloned form that also has a PDF Document and PDF Form. 

    Please delete the Existing Autoresponder Email and create a new one to see if that will resolve the issue.

    If you do not need a Fillable PDF Form, you can delete it.
