Unable to find the form

Hello, I was using a jotform yesterday that I created and have received quite a lot of submissions however this morning it is not displaying under my forms and also not in trash.  The link is below:

As checked, the form is on a different account with username MeganLaing. Please log in to that account to be able to view and edit the form.

In case you forgot its password, you can always reset it by following this guide How-to-reset-the-password.
