How can I allow users to search submissions?

Olá boa noite, tudo bem ? gostaria de saber se é possível colocar em meu website uma opção de as pessoas visualizar os dados submetidos em meu formulário,em meu site ? 

e se as pessoas poderão fazer consultas por pesquisa ?
