How to capture the URL where the submission came from?

    Hello,

I am experimenting with a form using the referral code widget which to my understanding will send a notification e-mail with each submission specifying which URL the form was originally submitted on.

    My question:

If I put my form on ,for example, HelpService.com each time someone goes on HelpService.com and submits a form, how can I receive a group of the submissions that were only complete on Help Service.com? The reason I ask is because if I am posting my form on multiple websites I would like to keep control of my customers without having to go through a huge list of form submissions each time I want to calculate how many submissions came from a particular URL.

    Thank you!

You can try adding a Get Form Page URL widget to your form. This widget detects the webpage where you embedded the form and provides the page URL each time the form is submitted. It will help to quickly distinguish which page the submission came from.

Please refer to this guide on how to Capture-the-Page-URL-Where-the-Form-is-Embedded.
