Ability to create "Oppotunity" with Salesforce

Is there any way to map a payment made im jotform to an opportunity in salesforce?

Sorry, but it will not be possible to map a payment field to Salesforce.

Thank you. I am using a field calculation, which I can map into salesforce,
however it only allows me to map a contact field, not an opportunity.
Any ideas?

How about passing the value of the "Calculation" field to a Short Text Entry field and try to map that to your Salesforce Opportunity.

Again, instead of mapping the Calculation field, pass the value of the calculation field into Jotform's Short Text Entry and try to map the Short Text Entry to your Opportunity.

I did that, however that is not the issue. I am able to map the jotform
field (both calculation, or the short entry text box), however it only
allows me to map it to a salesforce contact field, and does not allow me to
map it to create a new opportunity in salesforce.
It is great that you have it set up to automatically add a member to a
campaign, but what is even more important is to be able to track donations
that a member submits.
Any ideas?

Please note that SalesForce integration is currently limited to sending the submission to SalesForce contacts, leads or account lists. 

I presume that "Opportunity" is used to record Donations, Grants, Goods or Services, and Membership. Am I correct? Please let us know and we will take a look and if required send a feature request to our backend team, since the current integration does not support "Opportunities".

Yes, opportunity is the terminology that salesforce uses for donations.
Please let me know if there is any way to do this.
