Submissions are missing in one of the fields in my form

Hello. May i know why the form is finished but in my submissions that is missing?

I can confirm that you have columns with empty data upon checking. I can see 會員編號 and 收款人賬號 Beneficiary’s Account Number fields are empty. Which of these fields are you reporting?

Anyways, for the field 會員編號, this is set to be disabled when 否 No is selected from the '是否本公司會員？ Have you been a member of Forexbmc？' field. You have a few submissions with NO selections, so that is why it is empty if you will check.

For the '收款人賬號 Beneficiary’s Account Number' field, this is required and no conditional logic at all. I think you have just recently added this field based on your form revision history.

Can you please tell us where the data is missing? Is this from your notification/submission page?

The data is saved when I submit your form. You also have two new submissions in the form with the account number. 

I checked your form revision, and I see you have removed this field. See below screenshot:

You may consider reverting your form to the earlier version. That would restore the field and its data, but data submitted in the form prior to the chosen revision date will be lost. 

Note that when you delete a field, it will also delete its data.
