Hello, I am building a form that asks for information about items. But first they must choose how many different items they are describing (up to 5) then based on that shows that many copys of the information form. So I built out form like this, when 2 items are selected it shows items 1 and items 2, if 3 shows items 1, 2 and 3 info form. etc. But when I do more than just one condition, the later one takes over. So with 5 options, and conditions setup for 5 I only see all the forms when 5 is selected, and only the first form(which has no condition) when any of other options(1,2,3,4) are selected. Sorry if this sounds confusing. I've linked to it below too. Thanks for any help!

How many Items : [Dropdown Box]

    Item 1 <---- ALWAYS SHOWS-->

    name

    description

    size

    type

Item 2 <---- SUPPOSED ONLY SHOW WHEN 2 OR MORE ITEMS SELECTED-->

    name

    description

    size

    type

Item 3 <--SUPPOSED TO ONLY SHOW WHEN 3  OR MORE ITEMS SELECTED-->

    name

    description

    size

    type

    Hi,

You can accomplish that using our Spinner Field under Survey Tools.

    Setup your Condition like this:

The same condition to show field 2. If Greater that 1 show field #2..

    Example Form: http://jotformpro.com/form/30103770411943 (Upload Section)

If you have more than 1 field to show, this guide will also help you: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry.

Let us know if you need help implementing this.

    Thanks
