New user here, just downloaded iOS JotForm on iPad to tryout Kiosk mode, but . . . . it's missing . . . . am I missing something here? When I click on a form for options, there simply is no Kiosk mode option . . . . ?

There should be a kiosk Mode for an iPad, can you please provide us with the version of your iOS device as well of the version you are using on the JotForm Mobile App?

I literally JUST downloaded it before this post so there are no available updates.

The Kiosk Mode option is available when you tap on any of your forms and should look like below:
Can you please share a screenshot on how it looks like when you tap any of your forms.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we currently do not have an iPad (6th Generation) to try and test it to replicate. Can you try to uninstall and reinstall it again and we'll see if the issue persists. If it does, we'll send it to our level 2 so they may review.

Sure thing! So, just uninstalled the JotForm app. Double checked in Settings -> General -> iPad Storage to ensure that the app was not present and no data was being stored (which it wasn't) and restarted iPad. Upon restart, when into the App Store and re-downloaded the app.
Unfortunately, the problem persists, still no Kiosk Mode available/visible.

UPDATE: I just tested this also on an iPad mini 2 (Model Number ME276LL/A) and still not Kiosk Mode is available. So, either there is a bug in the 1.7.0 app version or am I possibly missing some setting that needs to be enabled either in the app or in the form?

Hi again!
Upon further checking with my colleagues the Kiosk Mode is to be available to iPad users through the Mobile App. However, Kiosk Mode is not available for forms that are using payment integrations, I am not entirely sure as to why this is the case but my best guess maybe that the browser might save credit card information.
I have gone ahead and raised a feature request to our development team, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.
