How to download all submissions into one PDF file?

When I go to submissions on a form and click "Download as: PDF" that is supposed to download all submissions into one PDF, correct? 

When I'm doing that on a form with ~250 submissions, it's compiling the submissions into a zip file that is made up of 25 individual PDF files, each containing 10 submissions. I want one PDF that has all 250 submissions, not 25 files of 10 submissions. 

Unfortunately, that is not possible. When downloading all PDF submissions at once, it will be in batches of 10 submissions per PDF file.

If you want to have a PDF file per each submission, the only way would be downloading them one at a time.
