Card Forms: Option to make the logo bigger?

How do I make the logo bigger in the top left hand corner of my survey?

Unfortunately, there is no option to increase that logo at the moment. However, I will escalate this to our developers so they can further check it and request if the logo size can be increased. I may not able to provide you a time-frame as to when or will this can be implemented, but you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.
