I have made form edits and now the information that was added during my edits does not appear when we try to do a PDF editor printout.  However when i click the "print" button next to the PDF button it shows me all the fields that were added/changed.  Do you know why the PDF editor form does not show me all the information??

    Thank you

Could you please share what are the fields affected so we can check this issue?

Unfortunately, we cannot check HIPAA forms, but you can add missing fields to your PDF in PDF editor:

Also, you can create new PDF document, which default layout will have all fields:

If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Thank you!
